Welcome to CatDays (the “App”), provided by Lychee Intelligence Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. In-app purchases

The App is free to download and offers one-time in-app purchases to unlock additional cat characters. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store; refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy.

4. Your content

The countdowns you create in the App belong to you. Because this content is stored on your device and personal iCloud, you are responsible for backing it up and managing it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its cat illustrations, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (the Republic of China).
